It’s been a while since the last Puny Earthling update. Work has been progressing slowly but steadily.
Most of the time now is spent designing the screens that make up the game world.
Out of 50 screens, about 75% of them are in place - even if there’s still tweaking to be done (there’s always tweaking to be done).
I’m going for a mix of puzzles and dexterity challenges. There are some great smart-arse puzzles in there, and some real tests of skill and nerve.
But - inevitably - it’s the dumbest screens which bring the most joy.
And there’s something just so entertaining about a cat bouncing around the screen like a deranged jumping bean.
